When they are active, then they will want to play the game of back and forth in communication. Because anyone interested will come back to get more of you. If they don't, if she is passive then, possibilities I can think of:

- she assumes passive role in seduction is hers, the irritating scenario lol.
- she didn't recover from previous hurtful chapters, so she is clueless about her and you
- she is not interested
- she doesn't speak English 😆

Easiest thing in the world. Ask her out on a date. If she says "no" she isn't interested. Then at some point during the date go for a kiss. If she kisses you there's interest. If not, move along!
