So a few coworkers joked and said in front of me and him but first it was me she goes oh you called him over bc you miss him and than she went and told him he , he went like I don't know with his hands, it was awkward bc this guy she was referring too is married man how would y'all feel

Girl, ugh that is such an awkward situation! Don't stress tho - here's what I think:

Honestly if it was just a joke that the coworker said, I wouldn't read too much into it. People say dumb stuff without thinking all the time.

And his sorta shrug response sounds more like he was caught off guard and didn't wanna fuel the awkwardness. Probs not him admitting to anything real.

The only thing that sketches me out a tiny bit is why she'd imply you were missing a married dude, you know? Like was there some messy history there she's hinting at or what? Weird.

But either way, you didn't do or say anything wrong! And it seems like nothing is actually going on between you two. I'd try not to let it bug you - people love starting unnecessary drama.

Unless you notice other vibes between them that are sus, I'd say let it go over your head sis. You got nothing to feel some type of way about! Just stay out of that coworker's mess in the future.
