That could be mineral deficiency - calcium, zinc, iron and magnesium specifically. All occur in pregnancy as your baby just sucks everything it needs out of your body.

I think Centrum Multivitamins make a pregnancy version. DS24 is reasonable too.

Your OBGYN should be able to do a simple blood panel to see. Shortages of all four can be a major issue for you after the baby is born. Calcium - osteoporosis. Iron - red blood cells. Zinc - immune and nervous system. Magnesium - nervous system.

Talk to a doctor about what type of supplements you might need. A multivitamin could cause levels of some vitamins etc to be toxically high for the baby.
