What kind of child abuse signs are there in women and was this girl abused?

In the past I met a young adult girl who was shy an introvert and didn't like going out, she was good at school and endet with a 1.9 gpa in her final highschool year. But when I talked with her something was always in the back of my mind, through knowing her and her brother I found out she very likely has no social circle or friends. Then the longer I knew her the more this question came into my mind. "Was she abused as a child?" She had some signs. Trying to please others by achieving high scores, always doing good in school, she found it hard to say no to people. She is shy rarely went out and studied often and was gaming a lot. She's very introverted and I met a side which others did not know from her.

Her brother in comparison is different from her, social and easy to talk to not introverted and not shy.

I'm no longer in contact with this girl tough so trying to help her would likely not be possible.

Well medically speaking I have taught nurses how to identify child abuse and neglect. Your assessment is within the range of normative behavior for anyone. Not necessarily signs of abuse or past history of abuse. You need to do a good history and physical exam to drill down that path.

it could be a lot of different things, but really it'd be none of your business even if she was abused and you still knew her. to me it doesn't sound like it, but you'd be amazed at how well people can hide it. like her older brother could be doing that

there's different types and just experiences in general. if someone wants to open up about it they will, but i'd really leave it alone and not worry

I know that, but through research and reading through a lot of psychology books she has some of those telltale signs of a girl who got abused. Introverts and abused people can share some behavioral similarities. They can corelate.

I stoped talking with her months ago. I asked a general question because from my research there are signs of abuse in a lot of behavioral tendencies in general, they may not be physical but can show psycological too. being too unemotional can be one of them or never wanting to go outside, just for the bare minimum. I did however come to the sort of conclusion that she likely wasn't abused. From what I could do with her, she reciprocated touch and didn't flinch either like some would.

Introverted women are the best. They are typically very self aware and do not need as much validation from outside sources. Introversion is a good thing and not always a sign of past abuse. Perhaps a confidence issue but not necessarily abuse.
