I started a new job and the people didn’t seem that nice how can I cope with this?

I worked with some girls and they don’t even know me at all and they seemed to judge me and assume the worst by saying “you aren’t one of those bright girls are you” “I hate small talk” I just found it awkward to work with them and I started to become very quiet

Maintain a level of professionalism when required but otherwise keep your distance from such people. There are men and some women in my office who are less than amicable to me because of my age but I just put in an air of politeness and go about my day. Be nice to your boss and higher ups as long as they're respectable to you and that's it.
