How does a woman who’s super awkward and very nervous around humans (can’t stop moving/fidgeting/shaking body) get a husband?

By doing the hardest thing in this world for socially awkward folks like me, putting yourself out there. Going out and socializing. It may be hard at first but it's much like riding a bike, once you start, it will get easier the more you do it.

If that's too challenging, there's always dating apps for her. Finding someone that is equally socially awkward is easy to find on dating apps because a lot of the guys on there are socially awkward or at least introverted.

But I would still suggest she get out there and start socializing with folks. Maybe go to a social event like 5k run, volunteering, a lounge or bar that has karaoke or game nights, etc.

She just needs to get out there. Whether that's on dating apps or actually going out and mingling with folks.

There are a lot of men who can be very surportive and will help you tp gain confidence.

Since there always seems to be a shortage of available women in the world I do think that women have a huge advsntage in dating.

You may be one of the few women for whom internet dating would work as long as you describe your problems accurately.

Thank you. It’s hard because since I’ve dealt with social anxiety sooo long, I basically lack social skills that build a bond even friendship. Or it’s the at I lack confidence. It’s been like over a decade since I’ve had a friend. And now when around humans I am a nervous wreck and everyone can tell. They say don’t attract a man with looks, do it with personality. But I don’t have a sparkling personality! So that is confusing advice to hear from people.

It's difficult. When you're nervous and scared your primary goal is to feel comfortable and safe which is fine but you might not be aware of your other needs and desires because safety is so important that it kinda pushes everything else away. So You should try and learn to feel more calm so you can find someone who makes you feel safe but you're also compatible in other ways.

So not to make light of this there are things that can be done. Essentially even the worst tourettes cases seem to be able to find life partners. So there is no reason to assume at your age that you are destined to be alone. You can also seek out cognitive behavior therapy to help with these things. That said to keep it light on this page... She meetss and extrovert that includes her but protects her at the same time. That what I did. Worst fucking mistake of my life. I married her because she was quiet... then gave her all the confidence. What a disaster
