Why are social workers so rude and heartless?

I don’t know about that cause I’ve never dealt w one. But I’d they’re like the girl I work w who is in her final steps of being a social worker, I can see why. She’s oversensitive, can’t take criticism. If she doesn’t like you cause you said something wrong or didn’t include her in whatever at work now she doesn’t like you so she won’t do her job when you ask her for certain things that pertain to her job. She talks a lot about the staff, holds grudges. Maybe they care more about their self, their opinions, rather than that of the client.

This is a broad generalization. Perhaps your experience with social workers has been negative, so you've come to this conclusion.

Most people who're in similar fields: Social work, therapy, psychology, psychiatry, counseling do such work to help people be their best selves.

Don't write off EVERYBODY in such fields because you've met a few who DON'T do good work, or whom you disagree with.

They’re not. Usually they’re just overstimulated and tired of seeing bad parents do bad things to innocent kids.
