Hey I am man, I wanted to ask that should I write a sorry note to her, my full story - There is a beautifull girl which came to my shop and we both stare each other, our eye contact are very deep but no one have guts to talk we both stare each other everywhere we met, so I got her insta id and send follow request to her she didn't accept for two days then I send her text she seen but don't reply for 2 days then I delete that after one week I again sent follow request and day after I send her reel that your eyes are beautifull then she blocked me. So I wanted to ask that I do something wrong here. Please help

You should have realized the first time you attempted to get her attention with that social media that she did not want to pursue this issue.
