I get the impression that she hates me. She never replies to my texts and gives me dirty looks.

I want to text her to give myself closure.

I would say firstly give her space,
If you were being too pushy then give her some time.
After time you think is appropriate you should approach her and say you are sorry and if she is willing to forgive you.

Another way to do it faster is by asking her friends to tell her sorry in your name and say you didn't say it yourself is because you wanted to give her time.

As hard as it can be I think it's worth it.
