It’s on you to protect yourself.
It’s nothing short of obnoxious to drink a poisonous chemical and then blame the person or organization who made the chemical for YOUR decision to drink it.

Are you really 28? I only ask because when I was in my 20s I was very insecure and didn't realize how beautiful I was. I wish I could go tell my 20 something self how awesome and beautiful I was. Please don't let things like social media get you down and break your spirit. I'm sure you are a beautiful person inside and out.

The work you need to do is internal. You’re not going to find the solution in compliments, only a continuation of the same. You have to figure out a lot of stuff, work with your demons, etc.
