The back pain isn’t that bad when I wear a supportive bra, but I always feel weighed down. I love my big boobs but I don't know how much is normal or acceptable

How big are you? I have a friend that got one and she looks a lot better as she was small (5'4" and 100lbs. I think wore a DD bra. Her nipples were also larger than normal but they made them small and they look a lot better. She does have a scar from her nipple down and then under her boobs to her arms but the doctor said they will mostly go away. She now wear a 34B/C bra and it looks so much better and her clothes look great on her. It's a four hour operation and she had to have three pints of blood.

I honestly don’t love this response. Large breasts can cause back pain and rude stares from creepy men, among other things. I’m not going under the knife just to “look better”, as that’s simply your opinion. I know this may not be intuitive if you do not have large breasts, but this conversation is about comfort and health, not appearance. I can sense that you have good intentions, but please consider the way your words affect women who have larger than average breasts

As I said in my first comment, if it hurts your back you should do something. She (my friend) was starting to have degenerative back issues and they would only get worse. She didn't do it for her appearance although for her body frame she was too big.

Anything over a DD cuz they start sagging and ya can’t fit in anything

I don't know if they’re saggy (I honestly can’t tell), but my back hurts even in a bra, and I feel weighed down all the time. Also my boobs are pretty much my only consideration when determining how clothes will fit lol. What should I do?
