What’s your definition of a bad reputation? There are some women who even intentionally choose men who are bad or questionable…. Generally not the women a good man would want anyways.
But people have different definitions. If a man has a history of violence it will put a woman off in the sense that he will be violent to her. If he has a history of cheating or even just promiscuity chances are he will cheat. If he has a history of abuse… You get it.
Criminal pasts can be off putting as well but it depends on the charges and where someone’s life is now. Look, yeah it will get you rejected by some people. But if you genuinely changed, move on and find someone else.
