This girl in college class acts weird around me. What issue is this?

I find she always sits near me in class, either in the row in front of me or two seats beside me in my row. Like in class she always finds ways to take glances at me. The hair flipping from her can be excessive when she's around me and I also found when I talk to another female classmate it seems to bother her a bit even though she won't talk to me unless I talk to her first. Just don't know why this all happens.
