My girlfriend I just started dating is so shy and quiet how do I get her to be more talkative and unshy?

We have been going out for about 4 weeks now and see each other about once a week and talk everyday but she is just so shy what can I do to get her to talk more and make more eye contact and how do I no if she wants to have sex or not

I understand your frustration but it's obvious you are an extrovert yes? Extroverts no offense do not understand introverts at all. Extroverts think introverts are shy or weird but really he has a very high IQ and takes in information much differently than you do. Introverts do not like crowds and lots of ridiculous noise. It does not mean she doesn't know how to have fun or can't open up. It's just that introverts live life on a much deeper level and abhore superficiality. sHe likes you don't worry, she is just shy and wants to open up but because most people do not understand people like her the chances are that if she were to open up and share her passions and be vulnerable by showing any emotion chances are you won't understand right way or be able to meet her at her level. I don't mean to say you are stupid or anything it's just so different and extroverts are not expected or forced to understand introverts but introverts have to conform to our extroverted society. You just have to be patient, give her time to get to know you and "feel" you out so she can trust you. There are things you can do, choose more relaxed and intimate settings, ask her questions. as you know it will be like pulling teeth but you just have to keep doing it, because eventually something will click with her and it will be like a switch and she will open up completely. And trust me introverts are far better at just about everything, you will not regret it, she is very atuned, very sensitive and intelligent and caring. Introverts like to listen. again it is a trust thing they are waiting to get you, to understand you and know you completely which is why they just like to listen, you give up much more information about yourself than you realize when you speak, when you move when you do anything. Just be patient

Just have to give her time to come out of her shell. I use to be the same way, but now I'm as open as I could be with my boyfriend :)

People's personalities are like their finger prints. Each person has his or her own unique make up and circumstances that have shaped their personality. So go ahead and tell her to start acting like you want her to.. you know get with the program and come out of your shell.. Be more like me.. adapt a new way of talking and be more outgoing. I'll like you a whole lot more. I know you can do it.. just follow my lead.. see when I smile, you smile.. that's it, you're doing fine see you're acting more like me now.

As far as sex, do you think she will bring the subject up..? You don't know much about women yet. There used to be old fashioned wells with a pump handle and you had a pail right there that had water in it and if you didn't use the pump for day of so, you had to get a cup of water out of the bucket and pour some down the top of the pump and then the seals would seal better and you could then pump the water out of the well.. It is the same for people, you have to prime them by asking or influence them to be primed. So bring the issue up and do it as you are making out or in an intimate discussion with her. Your interested in her opinion about sex.. so ask her about it.

And women expect a man to know more about sex than they do... *Even though now they are somewhat well informed by magazines like Cosmo.

4 weeks is barely a month! Give it 3-6 months for her to get comfortable
