ex Taurus man won't answer my emails, nor texts. What's up with him. We were together 10 years, so why not be friends, right? It's been 3 months already. I can handle it if he can? Is that the stubborn Taurus? Is he waiting for me to call him?

It happened to me with my ex who is a Taurus. We were together for one year and a half (cannot compare to your 10 years). We worked together and it happened that I decided to quit my job, so he got mad at me, broke up with me and deleted me from his FB and being sarcastic at me over Twitter. At the beginning, I got mad at him for acting like a child, but then I understood that I had to ask him forgiveness if I made him feel bad or for anything that I did that hurt him. After that, we are closer than ever. I am amazed how much our relationship changed, and how he is the one that now pursues me more and look for me more. Everything I had to say was "I am sorry" and telling him how important he was for me. We are not dating again, but we are close friends. We are giving ourselves time to heal the wounds and getting a more solid friendship. Taurus men are stubborn and when they get hurt, they just push you aside from their lives. They can be so mean and cold with you regardless on how meaningful you are in their lives.

Is there anything I can do to rekindle his interest in me? Do you think he is holding something against me, and that's why he won't communicate with me? I've never seen him like this. For 10 years he always called me when he was on the road every week. We only saw each other on the weekends. He knows I want more than friendship, but if I can't have more, then I'll settle for friendship if that's possible. Any hope down the road? We had fab vacations together. Will I have another chance?

10 years is time to create a bond not just between two people but a bond with a life together. When things change to a point where the relationship is no longer viable and ends then it's not just about two people going on with life in different directions, it's the dissolution of an entire lifestyle. Something like that is very painful and you are the reminder of good memories that were lost. The relationship is over and after 10 years it's not just shared love and life, it's shared friendship. So when it ended, it ended everything. He want's to walk away from the pain and move on and he isn't interested in being friends if he can't have it all.

I could have given him the all inclusive if he would have said along the way, hey we need to work on some things, but he didn't. He didn't complain about anything to me except my preoccupation with rescuing animals. So, I got rid of them, but he didn't come back. He won't talk to me about what actually ruin it for us. If it was that painful, why was he holding out on me for so long? Why did he continue on in the relationship if bad? I would like for him to open up to me. Be honest with me. Talk.

Maybe your right that we can't be friends for now, but how can I get him to talk with me? I emailed him and ask him out for a drink, but he didn't even respond, not even No, or ___No! Why not just respond to my invitation. That seems rude to me, and he was never rude in the relationship. And he is not seeing anyone right now.Is he taking a break after being with me for 10 years. I know we could work things out. Why can't he talk to me? What is he afraid of? He's an older dude. Any tips?

I didn't see this one coming. he seems to avoid confrontation or conflict at all costs...I'm guessing we can't work on what we don't talk about either. I'm kinda in the dark as far as what was actually the deal breaker in this relationship. We never argued about anything much. One day in October he said that was it, and it was over. He emailed me what he thought were issues, but we never discussed it. I rescue a lot of animals, and he complained about them so after the break up I got rid of them. But, he didn't come back. I still love him. He kissed/hugged me last time I saw him. You think he will call?

Hmm. Okay, sometimes relationships just run their course. I have been in a similar situation to your BF. Where I was with a girl and she completely happy with the relationship, but over time I was gradually feeling it less and less. Through no fault if hers, sometimes things just run their course. If he broke up with you, then he ahs to be the one to decide to come back to you. Sometimes people just change, we should be evolving as people. Relationships are not all meant to last forever.
