Woman body language rubbing earlobe?

Basically this girl in work, when me and only me goes into the office she's in too deliver post/ paperwork etc, she will twirl her ponytail, or touch her ear lobe or cover her mouth with hand. She never does it any other time, just when I go in, what does it mean? But if we talk she won't she will just talk normally, although sometimes look a little peed off... She very rarely acknowledges/ or speaks to me?

Is it a sign she could have a bit of a crush will all the body language etc

actually she is demonstrating signs or a guilty conscious/ lying and flirting. When a woman plays with her hair and/or ear it's a subconscious way of bringing attention to her neck which a very vulnerable place, same way by touching her lips. She may just be trying to bring your attention to them, but it can also be fidgeting which is usually done subconscious when some one is guilty. That for women can be common give a way if she is touching her lips or mouth. You'll have to decipher the code. Good luck.

Ok, what about this. With another guy she is totally different. She seems a lot more comfortable with him, occasionally twirls her ponytail around him, she talks to him, smiles/ laughs when around him a lot of the time, always seems to be extremely politely to him, says his name a lot. When they are standing next to each other, she's holding paperwork and she will almost lean into him a bit, stands close.
