Secrets to Charisma

How pavlove...how are you so high on yourself all the time? How do you keep bragging and writing take after take whether people read or not? Well, being made unfairly awesome and dope helps out, but the rest is simply a choice to enjoy everything that I am and everything I'm destined to become. But how does such a mysterious gift of always being excited for oneself come from? And is it a gift only shared by few?

No, anyone can do it. Anyone can learn it. The most suicidal person can learn it. Here's one of many tips to get there.

This sounds stupid...and maybe it is, but it works for a lot. Play an epic song that you like...for some reason I've always liked:

But it can be anything. It can be the theme song from Top Gun it can be the theme song from Legally Blonde. But it should feel epic to you.

Now play the song close your eyes. Breathe deeply and slow. Now imagine yourself flying up in the air past the Earth into stars. Now imagine a million different lights in watercolors around the expanse of the universe and feel yourself move through them. Imagine yourself returning to Earth and marveling at how high you are above it and how vast it is.

Imagine yourself flying over the ocean. Now imagine yourself at home with all your favorite people.

Who love you and you love. And they're all smiling. And they're all waving. And they're all filling you with light and energy. And now you walk out your door and you can see physically see notes playing to the song. And you feel yourself lift up and light underneath you and spin you around and all you see are laughing faces and now it's not about being bigger than others but about being happy and from happiness brings energy and belief that life is good and you're good in it and

Whenever you hear the song now, you've instantly become "a charismatic."

you make it seem like being charismatic is something that you have to train for. it's a personality type in that people just generally gravitate towards you for whatever reason

take me. i'm fairly shy, don't talk a lot and overall, probably the last person you'd think would have a lot of friends or who people talk to. but for whatever reason, i have a lot of friends, people generally like me (at least i like to think so) and it's not uncommon for random people to start conversations with me. why? i have no fucking clue :D

i think there are things you can do to be more charismatic or appear as a more charismatic person:

i generally say hi to people and have full conversations with people i know. like, if i see someone i know walking by, i'll say hi and shit or half the time, just have a conversation with them altogether. my friends hate me for this. when i was in college, what should've been a 5 minute walk easily took 10-15 minutes cause i'd see a lot of people and just start talking. same thing when i was with a few of my other friends too. maybe ask them how their day's been, what they're up to, who knows? just shit like that

this is more of a situational thing, but if you go to a place a few times, get to know the person. like when i lived in italy, i passed the same people and places and got to know everyone basically. you tell them things and next thing you know, they hand you free gelato, pizza and even full meals occasionally!

be relatable. i was in key west and it turned out this dude who owned a t shirt shop and gave me a shirt for 1/2 off. why? it turned out we were both from the same county in nj.. and we only talked for like 10 minutes. the only reason i left was because i had to leave the island and my boss was drunk and got lost so i had to find him :D

I don't know if this is situational but just be somewhere where a conversation can happen and be approachable. I don't know if it's how i look or what. i don't think i'm that good looking. but i was chilling on the beach during spring break last year and ended up talking to this hot British chick. i forgot how it started, but we ended up eating at a place and talked for 4 hours

it's not an exact science, but i generally just have a smile on my face. and even when i'm talking, i try to have something interesting to say and ask random questions. even if it's the same 10 stupid things, it's still something engaging that keeps them interested. and i think, cause i'm quiet, they're surprised how funny i am!

So in the end you become charismatic (basically happy) when you hear the song, but you can also play the song in your head right? So you become charismatic by just playing it in your head? Do you think that works too?

i've discovered the secret to charisma... BE BORN WITH IT. just like how you dont pick your natural hair color, or eye color, or height, or the way you look, you also don't pick your personality. charisma is a personality trait. you either have, it or you dont.

I feel people who are happy are happy because of what was given to them in life I'm sad because I was screwed from birth and like they say you can't change what God gave if I could I'd give it back
