While this is a great take, in my experiences a vast majority of women ghost men much more often. This needs to be directed to women as well, if not equally even more.

Whenever I've been ghosted, I basically got the hint that they were not interested. I look at ghosting as a cowardly way out and I would never want to be with a coward. That being said, I move on pretty fast from ghosters... Their loss, not mine.

I think if the woman has an ounce of intelligence, she would have figured out that she has been dumped. Not everything has to be spelled out for you, and if you really are that dumb, you deserved to be abandoned in the first place because unintelligent is a turn-off for men.

  It has nothing to do with intelligence and saying someone deserves to be abandoned shows that YOU seem to lack emotional intelligence. Ghosting is cowardly, and this post (though some opinions I do not share) is to say that when you dump, be kind about it. It takes minimal effort to give a girl a concrete ending vs. making her wait. Sometimes people can't get in contact so the first week or two he/she will be trying to figure out what is happening. That is the worst feeling in the world when you realize what has happened and that this person you thought things were going well with didn't care enough to even end it.

Ghosting is the same thing as stonewalling. Which is a form of emotional abuse. People need closure, they deserve to hear the truth.

Although, ghosting is a lame move to make, but breaking up isn't much better.

My ex-girlfriend went completely psycho on my when initiated the breakup.

The only time I ghost people is when I know the other person does not know how to respect people. Sex has a funny way to break down the façade people make and show who they truly are.
