1. Hot and cold game

If a guy that I am seeing is nice to me one day, and then moody the next, I may start to question him. I don't need a guy that is going to test me to see if he can get a rise out of me, or control my emotions. You're either in it, or get out of my way. The worst thing a guy can do in my opinion is play games.

2. No financial investment

If we have been dating for a few months, and you don't even offer to pay for a dinner here and there, or dish out a small gift on my birthday, then I am going to assume that you don't like me enough to even put in a bit of effort to make my day.

3. Lack of communication

If you get upset and turn into a passive aggressive maniac because you're angry about something that I did, but didn't tell me about it- I am NOT a mind reader! Either communicate efficiently or don't expect our relationship to progress.

4. M.I.A

If I don't see you for days and you just disappear, don't even bother texting me or getting in touch. No one is that busy that they can't make some time for you. If I am not worth it to you, to see, call or even text- then I'm out.

5. Female friends

If you spend more time with your female friends than you do with me, then I don't want you. If you're flirty with your female friends and there are boundaries crossed I certainly won't be sticking around for more. It's quite simple, put yourself in my shoes.

i find this take entirely ironic and hypocritical. am i the only one? this looks more like a guy's complaint about girls. i'm thinking this girl must have something wrong with her because guys never behave that way with me. but i do have some male friends who have complained at one time or another about all these issues in their girlfriends. especially the opposite sex friend thing. wow women really know how to push the limit on appropriate. guys are dogs and they are gona hump if you bend over even for a second. you can't give them that second- but every day these women with their 'work husbands' set themselves up for disaster.

1. If this is constant, then definitely yes, I wouldn't want to deal with it. I can understand if he's having a bad day every once in awhile and isn't in the best mood, as we all have our days. But if it's just an emotional rollercoaster, I would get tired of that very quickly, especially if he constantly took things out on me that weren't my fault. I had an ex like that and when I confronted him about it, he still couldn't accept responsibility and tried to make his emotional instability out to be my fault. That was one of many reasons we broke up.
2. I don't mind paying for my own meal most of the time, or taking turns with paying the bill (my first boyfriend and I did this; one would pick the restaurant and the other would pay, and we'd alternate every week on our date night- I loved this system!), but I agree that on special events like birthdays that it's a nice gesture for the other person to pay. I feel guilty having people buy things for me most of the time, but the same ex I mentioned earlier always wanted me to pay for him, as well as appetizers and desserts he wanted, on top of me driving my car that I payed for the gas in. That was a no-go.
3. Yes! I hate this stupid game! I really value communication in a relationship and have always told any guy I was with in a respectful manner if I didn't like something, because how can the other person stop doing something you don't like or fix an issue if they aren't even aware of it? People aren't mind readers!
4. I hate this as well. I'm not what I would call a clingy girlfriend at all and realize that everyone needs time to themselves, but when I feel like someone only wants to be in my life at their convenience and only wants a part-time relationship, they aren't a priority to me anymore. I can tell very quickly when people are using me when they don't interact with me unless they want something from me or have a use for me. We don't have to have a mindless conversation or just talk to be talking, but I'd appreciate mutual respect and interaction on both sides.
5. I think that this is pretty reasonable. I don't mind him having female friends since my best friend is a guy I grew up with and who is literally like a brother to me, but there are certain boundaries that need to be established and followed. I will give him my trust, but once he does something to break it, it's over.

It's funny too. All the editors on here have pseudonyms/fake profiles. It makes you wonder how many bots are on this site. 2. If what you mean by this is that he should contribute and pay for at least 50% then yes I agree. I'm Okay with the man paying for the dates in the dating period, but once you are in a relationship it should be 50/50 unless of course the man makes a lot more money than the women.

Luckily, I got a guy that thinks games are for childish, insecure people.

We try to share ALL the finances, as we live together at uni.

Once we met, we could not stop talking. We discuss both personal and general issues. We both know where WE stand on marriage, kids etc.

I'm hot n cold because I don't want to come off as overly interested... that seems to scare guys off. Guys do this as well esp around friends. If his friends say he's all over a girl, they tell em he's whipped so he says "nah I'm not that into her, she ain't all that" to save face. And to prove it to his friends he'll act accordingly.

I think this is my checklist for women as well.
