If a guy touches his lips in a conversation, does he probably want to kiss?

I met this guy for the first time and while we were talking he kept putting his fingers on his lips.

He just kept kind of tapping his lips lightly while he was talking to me.

Just curious if that means he was probably thinking about kissing lol

Most likely, although I've never seen someone continuously touch their lips, maybe licking but not touching.
A big give away though is if they are looking at your lips. If you see him doin that he's thinking about kissing.

if he's looking at your lips and licking his lips and if he's not realy paying attention to what you're saying and he's staring a litlle :p
