Bf likes to poke and grab my tummy what does it mean?

I have a new boyfriend and for some reason he likes to touch my tummy a lot. He pokes, pats and grabs it... sometimes he even slaps it playfully. When we are cuddling he kisses it. I'm feeling quite self conscious about my tummy area because it's more on the chubby side and has some pudge on it (it sticks out further than my boobs if i don't suck it in). Is he trying to hint I'm fat?

My Fiance does this to me well most of it lol he will randomly come up to me just to rub my belly at first I hated it because at the time my boobs where smaller then my tummy but now i've got size D boobs so it don't bother me that I have a pouch I mean i don't like people asking me when i'm due but because my fiance loves literally all of me even my slight fatness i'm slowly starting to believe i'm beautiful. any time I say something about feeling fat he kisses my tummy and tells me i'm perfect, so it could just be that your tummy is his favorite thing about you, at least body wise

Okay thanks, nice to know other guys do that, too. Maybe he likes it then, feels just a little weird in my opinion when my tummy is far from perfect :D

I highly doubt that. He probably likes your stomach, that's why he's doing it. My husband likes to joke around like that and grab my tummy, which mine is chubby too and not just a little, but my husband loves my body.

He probably just has a thing for stomachs. Ask him about it, and if he tells you that you're fat and need to lose weight, then lose weight, all his weight by dumping his ass.

Thanks for your opinion :) yeah maybe he just likes it, he says it looks sexy and feels nicely soft but I'm not convinced since I think it's too chubby...

Maybe if he is doing it in a bad way or aggressive way he is not content with your tummy but what you've stated shows other wise. He probably is just wanting to be playful and that's the first spot he went for. I see him just appreciating you than making you feel bad about it. Maybe you're reading too much into it.

He's kissing a part of your body. He likes that part. He's trying to show you that there's nothing wrong with your tummy.

I think he's aware of you being self conscious and wants to change that.

My first impression is that he is politely hinting that it bothers him. Then you say he kisses it, that to me is more of liking it. If it bothered him, he would not kiss it!!!
