When a guy is telling you he wants to make love, does that mean sex?

Someone told me that when he's here he wants to make love. But Im dutch so I have no idea. Is that having sex? Is it like a polite way to say?

Making love can be interpreted as "de liefde bedrijven". instead of just going for it, it can mean that he want`s to have a tender moment of showing his love and possibly ending this moment with having sex.
It`s indeed a polite way to tell you that he want`s to have sex with you but then in a romantic way with showing his feelings.

I'm very mature for my age actually, at first he thought I was like 19 or 20. But I'm 17. still 5 years yes but it doesn't feel like 5 years. A lot of people told me that girls in high school are still acting so young but in the netherlands where I live, Im already done with high school and I'm starting College in 1 week so he's doing college too. Its feeling so good to be with him.

Thank you. He's Italian so yes he's really romantic. But I already thought It was sex but I was not sure cause we don't use that in the netherlands. He said that I couldn't wait to kiss me and hug me. To look into my beautiful eyes, to listen to my voice and to make love. So make love is like sex but more like sleeping together? is there also another meaning or is it just sex?

it depends if he's genuine. if you two have been going out for a while and he waited tell you were ready it's more likely that he does want to sleep with you and spend the night. if you met him the other day and he's saying this he might just know what words to say to get women interested.

I've met him on holiday 1,5 month ago. This is a typical long distance problem. I've been with him for 2 weeks in Italy and it was amazing. We haven't kiss or something. Only a thousand hugs and a little touching and just being together a lot in 2 weeks. So he's coming to visit me soon. we're texting a lot at the moment so he said that he couldn't wait to see me and kiss cuddle and make love. And I was like yes of course but I didn't really knew what he was meaning with making love

he seems like a nice guy just remember you are aloud to tell him you aren't ready for sex. just make sure to tell him early in his visit because if you wait too long he might get upset.

yes he's a really nice guy. Ofcourse I will tell him If i'm not ready, thank you for the good advice! He's not really that kind of guy who wants sex like most of the guys wants. He just want to hug and kiss and yes he said making love but that took 1,5 month. So I'll see how it goes when he's here. Probably in October of december..
