Guy's Behavior

I rarely see my crush. :( What do I do?

We go to the same college together. Girls and boys are separated and we can see the other sex before classes start, at break and after school. I see him once in the corridor once a week and sometimes walk by his class. I sometimes see him at break but that's only once at that break. I see him after school and he sees me too at this time. Eye contact for 2 seconds.
I have rejected him 2 and a half years ago and I know he doesn't hate me.
I developed my feelings for him this summer break because I realized I was wrong :(
What do I do to see him more often and what do I say to him if I ever get a chance?
