Guy's Behavior

Ex left valuables/ mail still comes to my house. Won't communicate with me about any of it... Getting pissed. What do I do?

I've asked him to change his address and tried several times to make an arrangement for him to get his stuff. He usually ignores my request. I've expressed that this is making it impossible for me to move on, and that it's not healthy for either of us. Then, out of nowhere I got a request to please keep his mail and not throw it out. Then nothing. Last week he emailed me that he was coming by tomorrow to pick up all his things, he never did and would not answer when I called which really pissed me off. I don't feel right about getting rid of everything... I don't want drama... But his crap is taking up a lot of room, makes it weird for any other potential guys, reminds me of him daily and is very disrespectful behavior. He's had problems with addiction & that may have something do do with it, but that's no longer my problem... What's all this about? Laziness? I can't stand nagging men, feel like their mother. What's the best way to handle this situation and take the high road? Thanks SO much for all the advice :)
