Why hasn't he accepted or declined my follow request?

I followed this guy on instagram but he hasn't accepted or declined! He's accepted someone else's request except for mine and has already followed a bunch of people. There is something definitely between us because he's always staring from afar, touching his lips when i'm near and fully avoids eye contact when I come past! (There is a 4 year age difference!)

Hire old are you? When does your whole life and a relationship evolve around if he adds you on IG. So people live so deep in the social world that they forget what it really means to know someone and talk in person. He is probably shy what you would think of his profile... I have done that before. There was a girl I REALLY LIKED and I was very shy to be myself around her.
When she sent me a contact request I didn't accept for a while or decline, because my mind was in conflict.

I was literally scared if she would like my comments or the private pictures i posted... etc...

Well... If he is a guy with a personality like an Idiot, like me... I would say he's head over boots for ya.

But his body language indicates interest in ya... Touching lips, staring and avoiding eye contact when close are indicators of a guy who is a sneaky little pussy cat around his crush.

I am placing my votes that he has my personality.

So since I WOULD act in a similar manner to my crush, I would say the guy has his heart racing to wrap his arms around ya. Touch his lips on your forehead and murmur the pure ecstasy of LOVE.
