Why hasn't he responded to my friend request yet?

I sent it 2 days ago today but he hasn't accepted or deleted it. I know he accepted someone elses the night before like right after it was sent. So is it possible he just hadn't seen mine yet or is he ignoring me on on purpose? He talks about Instagram way more than facebook but the fact that he added this other person soon after is making wonder what is up with him. We're all coworkers, even the other person who he accepted. I don't know what to think. Should I wait & see or should I delete it? We are both off today so I won't see him till tomorrow...

I wouldn't think anything of it really. maybe he didn't see yours yet or really looked at it or just hasn't accepted it yet. Does he act a certain way towards you are work? did you do anything to him? if no, then he just hasn't accepted it yet and just happens to accepted the other person. Maybe he talks to the other person more and talks to you less. Don't take it personal. Its no big deal

I usually don't respond to my friend requests right away, actually it takes me days or even weeks to respond if it's not someone i know well. If it's bothering you then ask him about it, if you don't wanna sound needy then don't. Maybe he hasn't seen yours yet, maybe he did and chose to ignore it and pretend he didn't see it. I say just wait for a bit longer, no need to make things awkward.
