Sometimes he tell me how much he loves me I don't feel like he mean it I did before :let me explain he cheated I seen pictures of females on his phone he would hide his phone from me he been hanging out with his guy friend who he knows don't like me

Talk to him. No, that's it. Just talk to him. If he seems less than interested at the idea or he admits he's not as interested as he was then deal with it there.
