Id say its mostly true with the exception of being intimidated by experienced girls. I only care if Im commiting to her. If I was to have a casual fuckbuddy show me the ropes, Id actually prefer an experienced girl. I just dont want an experienced girl to be my first AND ONLY partner if Im not also hers. If Im going to settle down with a girl who has had multiple partners then I also want to experience multiple partner before settling down.

Also IF a guy is intimidated by dating an experienced girl, he's generally not intimidated by her, he's intimidated by the men she slept with prior to him.

Why would it bug you only with reguards to settling down (that she's had more partners) ?

It's pretty accurate. It certainly fits me well enough.

I'm kind of surprised that the first few bullet points would come across as a revelation to anyone. But then, I've lived it so I guess I would be. Maybe there are people who need to be told that men can get nervous around women, I don't know. Some of the deeper and more internal stuff in the later half of the article is pretty non-trivial and I'm glad someone's saying it because I think people need to know that. I think there's a lot of value in relaying one's subjective experience. And it's especially valuable for shy people because you want people to have that information but you're too inhibited to say it.

I think there's a lot of women out there who don't give serious consideration to the possibility that men might have as complex set of emotions and motivations as they do and just take it for granted that men are simple reproduction machines who are immune to shame or fear just by virtue of being male.
