When I was getting a photo taken with this guy and the person taking it asked me which way I wanted my phone to be for him to take it, then I said, "Long ways" and then the guy I was having my photo taken with said, "Long ways, up and down".

Because the guy who had his photo taken with me said, "Long ways, up and down", was he coming onto me?

Err lol @anon saying it was a sexual joke. He most likely meant "long ways, up and down" because long ways could be interpreted as horizontal and vertical. Asker was not clear, so he cleared it up. Let's just say asker, he was ahead of you lol. If it was in the moment then he tried to show off, with his witty joke.
