It means you have a great personality, if you don't know what your personality is then you best figure it out ahahahaha. It's a compliment, hell, I say it if I notice it, I don't care. I usually say it to girls I want to be closer with whether friendship or relationship. But I mostly say it as a compliment. I think your crush might like you though ;).
