If they want to catch men's attention, and compete with/be as good as slim women with large breasts, should all small breasted women have implants (you can get natural looking ones these days) to be as desirable as women with large breasts?

I often become attracted (by attracted, I mean want to have a relationship with a woman) because of something other than her looks (don't misunderstand me, looks matter)—our chemistry together, her ability to make me laugh or otherwise feel good in her presence, the attention that she gives me, etc.

Psychological research strongly indicates that people like or begin to like those who like, or appear to like, them. The converse is true as well: people dislike or begin to dislike those who dislike, or appear to dislike, them. Why am I bringing this up? Because after I'm attracted to a girl, I'll find something on her body to be attracted to and it doesn't have to be her breasts—her face, her eyes, her lips, her long legs, her slender ass, etc.

You sound as if you don't have much life experience for a 30-35 year old.

This whole issue ignores the fact that female attractiveness is not dependent on the size of one physical feature. It's always a composite type of thing that makes a girl attractive. And that can be true with small or larger breasts.

No. They aren't as attention-grabbing as bigger ones, of course, but that's not necessarily a bad thing: some of the women I've most been attracted to in life haven't had big attention-grabbing chests - they've had great hair, lovely faces, nice legs, making for a beautiful body overall.

Hm. Any individual body part CAN grab a moment's attention - good or bad: big chest, huge zit, bright green hair - but it's the whole package that matters, physical and otherwise. I've never been attracted to any single body part.

To answer the final question: no, there's no need for implants (unless you're really insecure about it and can't get other help): I've known small-chested women who were every bit as attractive as larger-chested ones. Any intelligent good-looking woman doesn't need to care about her cup size: indeed, larger breasts can be a problem, both practically (they're heavy and can be uncomfortable!) and as a distraction from other more valuable attributes.

True I was dating my wife's older sister when I first met her while meeting her parents on a weekend away from college, what attracted me to this beautiful 14 year old girl was her large oversized breasts on her tiny frame and compared to her other five flat chested sisters she really stood out. After the breakup with my ex I agreed to remain friends just so as to be in with a chance with the younger sister (my wife) and struck up a friendship with her on Facebook and started dating her when she turned 15 and married her aged sixteen with permission from her parents. Though its not why I married her it was her large breasts that first caught my eye.

Boobs are boobs. If body is not in proportion and not overall attractive then big boobs won't do anything.
Even if girl is almost flat chested then she'd look stunning if everything else is in proportion.
