hm. girls kinda feel usually what's all about :) i suggest to read your question again and probably you'll get it :) a guy can't look only when he is unsure. not even shy. when he doesn't have enough experience or you just have a strong personality in his head he will avoid looking in your eyes. or the worst case scenario would be if he is unsure of his feelings usually, so he avoids any contact that would suggest he has any feelings.
