I catch this guy staring at me all the time. We work with each other in a fairly small space with few people so we know each other and talk often at work. Every time I catch him looking, he either looks away quickly or continues to look for a few seconds, until I look away. He is never smiling when he looks at me. He is always looking at my face not my body so I know he is not checking me out. I noticed that he looks at me less since I started catching him, but he still does it once in a while and sometimes I see him staring at me from across the room through my peripheral vision. What does this mean?
