If a guy says your name a lot in text, and used a heart, does that mean he likes you or is interested?

This guy i've been kinda into always uses my name when we text and will say my name at some point which a lot of people don't do so i don't know? Personally, i use names more when i like someone. I said we should hangout sometime and he said we definitely should. Also, I wished him a happy birthday and he said "thanks [my name] i will ❤️"

I always say someones name in a text message whether it be my boss, wife, sister or the plumber. Personally I only use hearts for my wife. a lot of people use it as an expression of being quite happy or as a followup to being sarcastic.

Sounds like he does. He’s being specific. I can’t think of it right now but I know when someone uses your name a lot some kind of psychology is behind it.
