Why does he raise his eyebrows up when he sees me?

So I know this guy at school and we started talking when we went to Spain with school. Now when he sees me in the hallway he would just raise up his eyrbrows. It kinda looks like he wants to say that he saw me... but it looks weird because he doesn't say hi or smiles. He just raises his eyebrows up. He has a girlfriend by the way. But why would he do that everytime he sees me?

Maybe astonished by your beauty? Or maybe he is trying to get your attention (for friendship or other things) I don't know maybe he thinks its some kind of joke to make you feel weird?

No he is not smiling he just raises his eyebrows weirdly at me... but does keep looking at me one time his eye would follow me and today I walked past him and turned around to see if he was still looking and he was

He likes you in a friendly way. I have that habit too, and I do it all the time, to a lot of people. It's just a way to make the eye-meeting less awkward or even completely remove the romantic aspect of it.
