What does it mean when your friends with benefits just wants to cuddle?

So in previous questions I have been asking questions about a guy that I am, currently, friends with benefits with. So he came over last night and just wanted to hang out. I ask him if we could have sex and he flat out said no. I then asked if there was anything I could do to change his mind.. he still said no...

I asked why he came over and he said he just wanted to see me, and that our relationship didn't always have to be physical. So I asked him if he was done with the friends with benefits portion of our relationship and if he wanted to just be friends that was cool to, he didn't agree to that either.

I asked him if it was bad, and he said no. So why does he not want sex? And why does he want to hang out with me to just cuddle?

I'm old but and getting up there in age but I thought when you friends with benefits you don't have to fuck all the time. If you have a fuck buddy that is someone you only talk to or see when your horny. I would think that's the friend part of it and not the benefits. However if he does it too much he might be catching feelings.

Yeahhh.. we haven't had sex in like a week and he's been at my place at least 4 times. My other friends (who are girls) don't need that much attention

Right. I agree, but he's been at my apartment everyday this week and there hasn't been any sex. He doesn't even want to kiss me most of the time. He claims 'hes not a kissy guy,' my other friends (who im not having sex with) maybe come over once a week
