What does it mean when a guy says he "feels a connection to you"?

He feels drawn to you, or feels that he gets along, or can get along well, with you. It's like how you meet some people and you feel like you can just talk to them and joke and laugh, but with others, you feel less comfortable? There's a guy at my apartment who walks his dog at around the same time, and one day we just got chatted about life and stuff and we really hit it off and became friends. But there are many folks who walk their dogs near my place where this didn't happen.

Guys are sexual creatures, and we tend to say it to get "something else" and to get your mind churning in that direction. Think about how that line actually sounds. Especially, if he said it within the first few hours of meeting you.
Okay, so lets move from there into the realm of he's a decent guy. If he is sincere then it means he sees the potential for a continued relationship with you. He would like to get to know you more.

A guy messaged me this once, he didn't know me at all and just said "I looked at your picture and just felt a connection." Yeah, um It seemed really strange and he was a bit older, so I never brought myself to respond... Anyways, do you know this guy well? It makes a big difference depending on how close of a relationship you two have.

wow I don't know lol i just looked at your pic-if thats you- and i felt a connection, im not a lesbian so i dont mean it like that. you just have one of those welcoming but competent down to earth face. like you are thinking something or you could understand a person. though, you are pretty so probably any guy could feel a 'connection'

yes, well im into photography im forever studying fasces and taking portraits. yours is very striking in a gentle confident kind of way, its actually really interesting how that is. there is nothing stark or severe or octentatious in the picture yet its captivating. so giving him the benefit of non creepy doubt. maybe he did feel some kind of cosmic pull :)
