Why didn't he congratulate my birthday?

The guy I have been seeing for 2 years has not congratulated my birthday. We have been see each other a week ago, he was a little distant (before that last time he asked me if I love him).
His birthday was 2 months ago, and I bought him a perfume, he liked it.
When it was woman's day he bought me a perfume, I didn't expect it, it was recent ant that time and asked me do I love him. Today I post the flowers on instagram story and wrote how old I was, he saw my story but didn't answer. And now he post something funny of corona on insta story. Why didn't he congratulate my birthday?

If yes, then it is clear that he is more interested in something else. Please find out.

Well you said he's been distant lately right? Maybe there was a problem before you birthday. He could have possibly regretted committing to you or maybe there is something that you said or did that made him uncomfortable. I don't really get out much as it was. Its been the same way now. Of course I don't fear catching it or fear death. I have been on antidepressants for over 13 years. I have attempted suicide 4 times. As you can see I am a failure. I figure that if I catch it I. 1 will get sick and get over it. Or 2 Catch it and die. Or 3 not get it at all. I don't blame people for hiding from it.
