Why didn't he congratulate my birthday? (Page 2)

The guy I have been seeing for 2 years has not congratulated my birthday. We have been see each other a week ago, he was a little distant (before that last time he asked me if I love him).  His birthday was 2 months ago, and I bought him a perfume, he liked it.  When it was woman's day he bought me a perfume, I didn't expect it, it was recent ant that time and asked me do I love him. Today I post the flowers on instagram story and wrote how old I was, he saw my story but didn't answer. And now he post something funny of corona on insta story. Why didn't he congratulate my birthday?
