What does it mean if a guy friend shows up at your house unannounced?

I've been upset with him because of something he has done (I like him by the way). so for the past few days i've been making excuses when he asks to meet up. today I made an excuse and he said if he could just please see me for a few minutes to talk to me. I said no, i'm busy. He then just showed up to my house! started knocking on the door then texted that he's here.

What do I make of this? is it weird or does it mean he values my friendship? or does he like me? I don't get it?

he came to say that he was sorry for being a bad friend and that he was sorry that he was mad because I told him how he calculated my venmo portion was wrong lol. this could've easily been said over text. it was literally a 5 minute conversation when he came to my house

Awwww see understand to you it was simple y'all could have texted work things out but to him it was a must see you let you know he was genuinely sorry to him it was important to say that face to face he really cares about you and y'all relationship
