Should I delete him off snapchat?

This guy that I was talking or had a fling for 6 months said he wasn’t ready for a relationship and that is not what he wants. I knew his intentions from before. He said I checked off every box on his list and that in the future he hopes to end up with each other. He still continues to text me when it’s convenient for him and ask what I’m doing but tells his friends that I’m chasing and I text him. Should I just delete him of snap? Pretty upset over it cause I truly do like him and enjoy hanging out with him but it’s not fair to me.

The fact that he dragged me along for 6 months. Part of it is my fault cause I knew his intentions but why break it to me now. I should have cut him off a long time ago
