Guys, Do single, workaholic men crave companionship/intimacy or are they just all about the work?

In my company I know a few guys who aren’t very social, never speak of any female interest or hopes for a girlfriend they are just work, work, work. All they speak about is the company. One male coworker And I have been friends for years and he never speaks of a girlfriend or wanting one. His conversations always dance around work. So I wondered if there are men out there that just focus on their work and have no interest in women whatsoever.

I'm not a workaholic so I don't have that experience. Are they young? I personally had a lot of issues that were bothering me when I was younger and wasn't connected to my emotions well but now that I've dealt with them and I'm more conneted to my emotions. I know myself better and I'm more confident I'm more interested in women. And I think it will increase even more in the next few years. Since he's a workaholic he probably has some unresolved issues as well so maybe in the future it will change but I wouldn't wait around for someone like that.

There are various names used to describe guys like that... MGTOW, Incels, Red Pillers... but every guys has his own reasons. But yes, there are a lot of men today who want nothing to do with women. I think the reasons 'should' be obvious by now.
