Does a good morning/night text mean anything?

I woke up to two texts from two guys, one telling me goodnight and the other one telling me good morning and to have a nice day.

This is not the first time that this is happening.
Why do guys do this? 💀 I'm worried.

Ok someone is already implying that I'm being prideful. Please that is not the impression I'm trying to give. I'm just curious as to what goes through the mind of guys when they say things like these.

I'm worried because I don't know if these guys like me. Few months ago my guy friend used to send me goodnight texts a prayer. Sometimes he would tell me he loved me and I would say it back but that's because I considered him my brother in Christ, all this while he liked me and I was completely oblivious to it. This is why I'm very skeptical about good morning/night texts from guys and many other things. Guys are complicated to understand sometimes.

I think that two things are for sure, you have been in both their minds, and both want you to have them in mind... lol. So they sure like you... how much they like you and in which way they like you, I don't know.

To me, a guy isn't going to waste his time texting someone he's not interested in. If he's texting you, he's interested. He could be testing the water to see if he's still in the friend zone? Guys, am I wrong? Do you wait for her to start flirting first?

Well I don't know why those guys do it but for me if I'm chatting with somebody and and I'm tired I'm going to say good night at that means I'm finished chatting for the night LOL or if I receive a message I'm somebody in the morning before I answer them I will say good morning and then whatever my answer might be

I think the sign their telling you is sweetest coming from their heart and I think that is cool it's better than receiving a text message that is inappropriate

I think they like you, or at least, they are thinking ab you on a different way they think on a normal friend, bc you don't text all your friends good night or good morning.

It just means they were thinking of you. Whether it means more I can't say. I do tend to write friends more in the morning than at night, but that's probably just me.

Why do we do this? To show interest. To start a conversation. To have contact with someone we care about.

Your way over thinking this. People say good morning because they are letting you know they are up and around and ready to talk. People say goodnight because they have to get to bed because they work in the morning. Duh!

Yeah it means that he likes you... Or he is a psychopath that want you to like him and then kill you, but probably the 1 option. You can tell this because why would you text someone good mornin' or good night if you don't like him/her

Okay I understand you, if they are your close friends, then it probably means nothing special, if they are not so close to you, there's a high chance that they like you, or at least want to befriend you for some reason.
