Nowadays Perfomanve anxiety is so damn common that I don’t think there are men out there who can perform without some sort of booze. Hell I even see my older male relatives who been more successful with women than me hustling the even older family members for the hardcore shit viagra/cialis.

I myself have none gone that far yet. I usually go for natural stuff like sex energy drinks and gas station products if I don’t have marijuana available.

Yeah stay away from enhancements.
1. Shouldn't be a turn off since many women use unnatural toys as powerful as washing machines to abuse their bodies and make it so they can't even enjoy sex with a man as much.
2. Avoid enhancements tho. There's risk to them like having a heart attack or losing the ability to get an erection for life. Really not worth it to me. I'd become a monk first.
3. Of course there's guys who don't use booze (or other drugs) to be able to perform.

It’s alright. It’s much worse for a guy to struggle getting hard and deny having an issue. Much better to pop a pill and go. It’s just some blood flow anyway.

i know there are guys who aren't confident about their packages. so do what makes you feel better. but also, remember that you are sharing your package with your partner. maybe ask your partner first, because if it affects your performance in bed and the enhancement makes you perform better, you partner should have green lights for you. just dont overdo, moderately is key.
