What happens when two shy people come to like each other, and neither ever flirt?

This girl I know invited us to hangout together over Facebook, she gave me her number and I texted her the next day.

We hungout for a short while while her parents were throwing a party, and then after dinner she dipped out leaving me to myself.

I decided to leave and figured maybe we should just hangout the two of us away from family and stuff. Now I made plans to hangout, my car brakes down so I dump a few hundo into it and then my mom takes it away. Now there's no way I could drive or do anything because I'm broke and live to far to walk, what should I do, what should I tell her so she doesn't think I'm blowing her off. +++Any tips on flirting? Any examples that are general or can be manipulated?

Ok, but help me out with the car situation, she lives in an adjacent city, about 25 minute drive and I got no way to go anywhere or the cash to do something like a movie. Should I see if she wants to hangout and ask her to drive out here...lol?

If nether of you is going to make a move, there's nothing going to happen. So make a move for sure :)

General tips: If it's just the two of you: sit close or when walking, keep making small physical contacts, like a little shoulder push etc. and keep reading her to know if she's into it or not. If not, don't panic, maybe she's just not all that comfortable with the physical things but it's a good way to find out and see where you can go while still being able to go back.

If she however seems to like those and is giving some back, never be afraid to take her hand.

And don't be afraid of eyecontact. Balance it between looking her deep in the eyes and looking away to give some space and rest and back.

This is what I found working quit well with a shy girl because as long as it's subtle and not to much, togheter they make small steps which alow her to jump in the game at any moment, and alow you to not push it to freak her out to fast.
