4.9K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. It's because our brains don't multitask naturally - we work by focusing on one thing at a time, and doing that thing very well until it's finished, and then moving on to the next thing. If we try to do 2 things at once, it will take us 4 times as long to get them both done. We know how to be efficient, and for us, multitasking is NOT how we work efficiently.
Women's brains naturally multitask, so that's how women work efficiently: doing several things at once. But this just cannot be applied to (most) men, because our brains just don't work that way.00 Reply

Depends on context
If it's things like remembering to pick up something from the store and take out the trash, I'd say Laziness
If it's two things that are more like favors for you specifically then that gives a sense of taking or people wanting things from you.
Like if my girl were to ask me to take a picture of her. Yea I'll take a picture of her. If she asks for another. Sure I'll take one more. If she asks for another. Na I'm done. I didn't sign-up for a photo shoot. Ya get one lol00 Reply
Not everyone can multi-task. It's been said that women are better at it than men, so maybe that's why they get "irritated". Just for the record, I'm hopeless at that as well. Don't ask me to do something if I'm already in the middle of doing something else. It's annoying when people demand two, three, or four different things at once!

+1 yBecause it is seven things at once, then when the guy does that one task for a female, she adds another. This is how 'The game' is played. The guy is not allowed to ask the female to do tasks except 'make me a sandwich' (For instance) and the female seems to believe that when she does a task for the male without his knowledge it is good intention yet it breaks something that belongs to the male, and it this has to be shrugged off, where a male trying to do something for the female it is 'intrusive' or done wrong!
This is quite a lot of females, not all!00 Reply33.2K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Lol... you kind of asked about this week last week with the can guys multi task question. Most of us CAN multi-task, we just don't prefer it. We are wired to focus on one thing at a time. So if we are suddenly asked to do another task we may get irritated because we have to shut everything down mentally for the present task and retool for something different (by the way that we may not want to do) which adds to the aggravation. Hope this makes sense.
01 ReplyBecause we're trying to please you. By giving us two simultaneous tasks, you mask your priorities, making it difficult for us to figure out what will please you the most. It turns a simple situation into one where we can make the wrong choice. That's frustrating.
00 ReplyLol, well we would prefer for things not to be more difficult than it needs to be so while we are trying to think of the easiest way to complete the 1st task , now we're trying to figure out how to complete both projects at the same time..🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
00 Reply1.6K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. I think it is a form of digital dementia. The human brain has billions of interconnected cells. Today, we stare at digital devices that are based off a series of on/off switches. I believe it harms the brain. Men are more single minded because of our caveman brain, hunting requirements. The digital devices just made it worse.

m +1 ysome guys prefer a laser focus... and others like spectrum focus
I for example am a manager, do a few things at a time and also under pressure, and that's how I prefer to work because it suits me better00 Reply Because the male brain was not designed to multitask.
We are built to focus on one thing.
That is necessary to be a hunter and warrior.10 Reply1.7K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Cuz make brains are wired different then females brains , Female brains race a 1000 things at once where a guys brain doesn’t come close

+1 yWrite a list and ask them to complete the list. One job at a time is easy, when you want fifteen things done, don't just say them in one go. Personally I'd only be able to remember a couple of them.

+1 yIt’s the equivalent of a girl getting more upset after her boyfriend tells her to calm down while she’s already angry or sad. Girls do get angry over that right? I’m pretty sure I’ve seen a meme about it
00 Reply They don't wanna help and are probably busy playing video games.
00 ReplyBecause we aren't just sitting around all day waiting for the women in our lives to give us stuff to do.
00 ReplyI mean it's the equivalent of you asking two questions in one on here, lets just deal with this question first and then we can move on lol

That's a tough one, Wowwgirl. You know how much I hate letting a woman down, so I'd probably stop one thing or the other, and not get irritated. Should I choose breathing?

Not random, only when I haven't had enough sex or I'm late for happy hour !! :-D
+1 yWe, guys, are mostly single-minded. Evolution built us that way. If you have to kill a sabretooth tiger, you damn well better give it your FULL attention.
01 Reply1.4K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Because I am focusing on that thing and I want that thing to be correct first than focus on other task, some people don't like doing many task at once

I could see the irritation there. Like say I worked all day and I am trying to complete my at home responsibilities and my wife asked me for a favor that interrupted it depending on my mood I would be irritated. Or if I was trying to relax for a minute after work before responsibilities and maybe I was dreading doing them and my wife reminded of something I know I have to do on top of asking for a favor. That's where my head goes if I try to put myself in his shoes.
