Who else tired of these controlling bossy females?

My female boss... I think she thinks being bossy and controlling is cute and attractive. Delusional. Most people i hear talking about her (under her) are annoyed by her and her methods. Wonder if she has a clue because she acts so pleased with herself like she's the smartest and most desirable woman around. Its really coginitive dissonantly weird. Again I don't know the woman. I just see what i see as her worker. there's worse bosses. But im just saying... I realized now why so many females have bad attitudes shamelessly, act bossy, are controlling and nitpicky, are loud, etc. I think they think its 'cute'.

Its not. Please stop. Feminism sucks butt.

I generally keep my distance from bossy and/or bullying people, because they have this need of affirming themselves by humiliating and berating others.
I don't believe in such methods, and when I'm in a position of authority, I like to make other people comfortable and at ease. Good leadership is made of kindness, patience, humor and understanding.

I have noticed female bosses tend to treat other females badly. I feel bad for some of my female coworkers.

I heard same from my female coworker. Stuff she does she gets in trouble for but the men can do the same and the boss walks right past.

Sometimes i wonder if they envy them. I don't know if male bosses act the same but male bosses are so chill and big picture oriented. Just way better of leaders.

My current boss is a woman, the very first one who is actually good and I can respect.
Otherwise, yeah, I'd rather want a male. They are more likely to be objective and logical.
(and most likely won't stare at my arse every morning and comment how much weight I lost-true story)

Yeah thats an issue i encounter with some ladies as well. They feel comfortable making personal comments or giving advice i never asked for and its kinda awkward lol.

i never had a good female boss too pusshy or too lax. never any good at looking at the staff for what job as well..

It's probably not feminism. It could be a misguided attempt to appear strong or they're just assholes. At least it isn't play acting like they're really dumb because helplessness = attractive somehow?

I'm just tired of corporate nonsense and bosses altogether. That's half the reason I retired. 🤣
