I guess that's his definition of a "short ass". But I'd say he's an asshole that's just trying to put others down with something he sees as an advantage for himself (height). I'm 6'0 but I'd say to him, "Well congrats on the genetics, buddy! Must have really tried hard to make that happen".

Maybe a guy that bench presses way more than him can arbitrarily call his bench press a "weak ass" bench max.
