Guys, Should My Sister have a Break up with her Boyfriend?

So One of My older Sister has a Rich boyfriend but he is very Aggressive and dominating and he always try to dominate My sister, he helps My sister and My Mom with money but he controls her a lot and he gets what he wants also he is very short tempered Guy and gets angry very easily, few days Ago he got annoyed with my sister over some issue and he squeezed her boobs in front My Mom too, It made My Mom feel very embarrassed but Since he helps her by Money so she had to keep quiet !

Yeah her happiness shouldn’t have her and your mom suffer. A restraining order and sexual harassment/assault (have proof ) . He needs to be arrested
