He said i am this cartoon character elementary school teacher and that he would want her (or me? I forgot which exactly) as his teacher. he's like 10 years older than me so im not sure what he meant by all that.

Probably meant it as he thinks you’re hot or cute. That male fantasy of having a sexual encounter w your teacher. Damn I had so many fantasies about some of my female teachers.
